Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use on this website, and how you can manage your preferences. You can update your choices at any time using the controls below.

Section 01

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to recognise your browser on subsequent visits and to remember certain information about your session.

Cookies are widely used to make websites function correctly, to understand how visitors use a site, and to remember preferences. They do not typically contain personally identifying information on their own.

Section 02

Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

Always active — cannot be disabled

Required

These cookies are necessary for the website to function. Without them, features such as the cookie consent banner cannot operate. They do not collect personal information for tracking purposes.

Analytics Cookies

Optional — enabled with your consent

Optional

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors reach and navigate our website — for example, which pages receive the most visits and how long people spend reading them. This information is used to improve the site and is not linked to your personal identity.

Marketing Cookies

Optional — enabled with your consent

Optional

Marketing cookies may be used to show relevant information about our services on third-party platforms. They track visits across websites in order to build a profile of your interests.

Preference Cookies

Optional — enabled with your consent

Optional

Preference cookies remember choices you have made — such as whether you have accepted our cookie policy — so that you are not asked the same question on every visit.

Section 03

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on this website are set by third-party services rather than by us directly. These may include:

  • Google Analytics — website visitor statistics (analytics cookies).
  • Google Maps — map embed on our homepage (essential functionality).
  • Advertising networks — where marketing cookies are active, these may be used for remarketing.

Each third-party provider maintains its own privacy and cookie policy. We are not responsible for the practices of those providers.

Section 04

Cookie Duration

Cookies vary in how long they remain on your device:

  • Session cookies expire when you close your browser and are not stored on your device afterwards.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period — typically between 30 days and 2 years depending on their purpose — until they expire or are deleted manually.

Your cookie consent preference is stored as a persistent item in your browser's local storage and will remain in place until you clear your browser data or update your preferences below.

Section 05

Your Preferences

Use the controls below to manage which optional cookies you accept. Essential cookies are always active. Your choices are saved to your browser and apply to this website.

Section 06

Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can also control cookies directly through your browser settings. Select your browser below for guidance.

Google Chrome

Open Chrome and select the three-dot menu in the top-right corner. Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data. From here you can block third-party cookies, clear existing cookies, or set exceptions for specific sites. To delete cookies: Privacy and security → Clear browsing data and select Cookies and other site data.

Mozilla Firefox

Open Firefox and select the hamburger menu, then go to Settings → Privacy & Security. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, choose your level. To delete cookies, scroll to Cookies and Site Data and select Clear Data. You can also manage per-site exceptions from the same panel.

Safari

On a Mac, open Safari and go to Safari → Settings → Privacy. Enable Prevent cross-site tracking to block third-party cookies. To clear cookies, select Manage Website Data and remove individual sites or clear all. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data.

Microsoft Edge

Open Edge and select the three-dot menu, then go to Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data. You can block third-party cookies or manage exceptions. To clear cookies, go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data and select the cookies option.

Note: on mobile browsers, cookie settings are typically found within the device's app settings rather than within the browser itself.

Section 07

Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw your cookie consent at any time by updating your preferences using the controls in Section 05 above, or by adjusting your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that took place before you withdrew it.

Please be aware that disabling certain cookies — particularly essential ones — may affect how parts of this website function.
